The ALIGN studio centers around work on the pilates reformer. We ALIGN to bring balance to our skeletal structure. The classical pilates classes consist of a repertoire of specific and organized movements which improve overall function. Our instructors curate their classes with the intention of building consciousness and encouraging curiosity.
Our ALIGN practice is the conscious exploration of how each joint articulates individually and cohesively so that all of the pieces of the body work together to form a stronger, more integrated physical structure, better posture and greater possibilities for movement.
