Everyone needs a free moving, more random movement practice.

The RELEASE studio is an open space where we trust our bodies. This complements the thoughtful structured practice in the pilates studio. We RELEASE to bring freedom of movement and to test our physical limits. We summon our body’s instinctual skills and in this space, we put those skills to task.

The RELEASE studio is dedicated to moving freely in space, released from the confines of programmed exercises and mechanical assistance. We become less “self” conscious.

In the open studio, we RELEASE to bring freedom of movement and to test our physical limits.
