CHANGE THROUGH MOVEMENT
Today’s the day to start a practice. Begin changing your body through a series of classical pilates exercises, intended to bring about consciousness, mobility, posture and strength. In every class at Mind & Motion we work this practice to bring balance to your physical structure as well as your mind. Class size is capped at five people to ensure proper technique and execution. The teachers will know your name. You will be nurtured. Come experience the feeling of a private session in the setting of a small group.
We also offer private sessions and bodywork for those needing more care. Together, with your practitioner, you will be on the road to improved health and wellness. The studio is located in the Hancock Park neighborhood near West Hollywood and Larchmont Village.

Pilates Reformer Classes
The ALIGN studio centers around work on the pilates reformer. We ALIGN to bring balance to our skeletal structure. The classical pilates classes consist of a repertoire of specific movements which improve overall function and mechanics. Our instructors curate their classes with the intention of building consciousness and encouraging curiosity.
Open Studio Classes
The RELEASE studio is an open space for group fitness classes. We step away from the reformer trust our bodies in space. This complements the thoughtful structured practice in the pilates studio. We RELEASE to bring freedom of movement and to test our physical limits. We summon our body’s instinctual skills and in this space, we put those skills to task.
